  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Melio is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind everything we make. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Unopened products in original condition are eligible for a full refund.
  • Opened products may be eligible for a one-time exchange or store credit at our discretion.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale or promotional items.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
